We would like to appoint  a Teaching Assistant to work at South Farnham School, Junior Site.

The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic, kind team player and may also suit a Graduate (or equivalent) who may be interested in pursuing a career in teaching at a future date and would like to gain school experience. The position requires good interpersonal skills and a strong desire to develop and support children in all areas of school life.

South Farnham Educational Trust is a Multi-Academy Trust that currently includes ten schools, as well as our associate member, St Mary’s C of E (Aided) Infant School. South Farnham School, with its "Outstanding" Ofsted rating, is a hub of teaching excellence. From September 2021, we were awarded the prestigious status of a Teaching School Hub, further strengthening our position as a leader in teacher development and educational innovation.

Our thriving School Centred Initial Teacher Training establishment (SCITT) has over 100 trainees and from September 2021 South Farnham School was awarded Teaching School Hub status which is a fantastic accolade for both the school and Trust.

Start Date: ASAP

Hours of work are 8.45am -3.30pm Monday - Friday during term time only (38 weeks).
