We are recruiting for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our Teaching School Hub Team. The successful candidate will support the proactive and effective planning, execution, administration and evaluation of our TSH programmes, as well as supporting and engaging all our stakeholders and growing our reach.
The role is based in our vibrant office at South Farnham Junior School, GU98DY. We can be flexible with working hours within 30 hours a week to support those with caring responsibilities and this role is over 39 weeks a year (term time + inset days).

What we are looking for
The successful candidate will be a great communicator and problem-solver who enjoys regular contact and dialogue with our participants and partners. They will also be proficient in the full Office suite, including Excel and ideally have experience with Power BI reporting.
About The Teaching School Hub
SFET Teaching School Hub is one of 87 centres of excellence for teaching training and development in the country. We provide high-quality professional development to teachers in over 330 schools and at each stage of their career (from TA to executive leadership), outstanding teacher training, Appropriate Body services and the National Professional Qualification delivery. The Hub plays a central role in the training and development of teachers working in all phases/types of school across Guildford, Waverley, Rushmoor, Hart, East Hampshire, Basingstoke and Deane.
