• Support and training that will lead to qualified teacher status (QTS)

• A dedicated mentor, with protected time each week, working closely with you to support your development as an effective classroom practitioner

• Training both face-to-face and online with SFET, with protected time one day a week to support you with this training

• Access to weekly CPD sessions that will allow you to build your knowledge of effective teaching and learning and which complement and deepen your learning from the SFET programme

• Bespoke support from in-school subject specialists including our SEND, student wellbeing and behaviour and inclusion teams so you are equipped to support the individual needs of each student

• A robust and supportive programme to support Early Career Teachers once QTS is achieved
